The CICDR was established by the law firm Kalim Ilyas Law Associates to promote Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Pakistan. The Centre's primary objective is to advance the concept of ADR by disseminating knowledge and providing a forum for businesses and individuals to settle commercial and civil disputes out of court. This is achieved through various ADR mechanisms, including mediation and arbitration.
ODR: CICDR also offers integrated Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) for accessible, efficient, and convenient handling and settlement of cases remotely.
